Welcome to June. The season is off to a great start, and it looks like we have another sunny stretch ahead to kick off the week. A few quick but important reminders as we continue evening practices.

Parking Lot Safety

We've had a few close calls recently with kids and cars in the parking lot, and we want to make sure everyone stays safe. There has been an uptick in kids — some very young — playing unsupervised in the lot after practice, including running and riding bikes and scooters between parked cars. Please do not allow kids to play in the parking lot without a grown-up present. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe.

Waivers

Thanks to everyone who has already completed the GSSSL/Blue Ridge participation  waiver — we're getting closer! We still need to reach 100% completion, so if you haven't done so yet, please take a few minutes to fill it out: blueridge.swimtopia.com/private/hy59s7y. We'll be following up individually later this week with families who have not yet completed the form so we can close this out.

On the horizon

We're looking forward to more sunny days at the pool, our upcoming events — including the Intrasquad Meet, Pancake Breakfast, and more — and of course the start of meet season on June 25th at Aqua Club. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer!
