While swim team is over, summer isn't quite done yet! We wanted to share reminders for a few upcoming pool and community events, including the pool closing party in September.

First, we wanted to thank everyone who has completed our end of season Barracuda survey — we're grateful for your feedback and looking forward to making the 2027 season even more awesome. If you haven't had a chance to fill it out, we'd love everyone's input. Head on over to the survey, and it should take 5–10 minutes to complete. We'll close the survey on September 4th.

Also, if you haven't picked up your end of season medal, or individual award from the end of season party, you can pick them up anytime from the lifeguard office at the pool.

With swim team business out of the way, a few upcoming events!

• End of Season Party! While it's always sad when it's time for the pool to close, let's end summer pool season in style! And, we'll pretend it's the 4th of July all over again, as it will be a Floatie Day! Join us on Saturday, September 12th for a final chance to splash around and (hopefully) soak in the sun with neighbors. We'll have a food truck, and other fun treats for kids and grown-ups alike. More to come! Stay tuned to Facebook, Instagram, and the BR bulletin for updates.
• Golf Tournament. Tim and CM are organizing a Blue Ridge golf tournament at Harbour Pointe on Sunday, September 13th, with proceeds benefiting the Blue Ridge pool, including some lounge chair upgrades. Will be a super fun event! Contact Tim Swinburne or CM LaBarge to sign up or with questions before it's too late!
• Food Truck Friday. Food Truck Friday continues tomorrow night (Friday August 21st) with Gourminis. Swing on by the pool or clubhouse to grab dinner, go for a swim, and hang out with neighbors.
