Reminder that we have our Intrasquad Time Trials practice meet tomorrow, June 18th, starting at 5:30 PM. Please RSVP on Swimtopia by noon tomorrow with whether you're attending or not — it's helpful to know either way!

We'll be seeding entries in the afternoon and will send out heat sheets ahead of time so you can know when your swimmer is racing and follow along.

Quick recap:

• 5:30 PM — All swimmers and families arrive; 8&Under warm-ups begin
• 5:45 PM — 8&Under events begin
• ~6:30 PM — Warm-ups, ages 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18
• ~6:45 PM — Events begin, ages 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18

Stay tuned tomorrow — we'll be announcing the 2026 Buddy Groups ahead of the meet and sharing more about some upcoming activities, including our annual Pancake Breakfast on Monday, June 22nd at 8 AM, kicking off the start of morning practices.
