Giddy Up Barracuda Nation!

Tuesday is our first home meet of the 2026 season, as we host Sand Point. Theme is "Wild West," so break out the cowboy hats — we're excited to bring Blue Ridge energy to the pool and watch our swimmers race in front of a home crowd!

A few reminders as we get ready to swim:

1) Sign-ups close at 12pm tomorrow (Monday, June 29)! If you're planning on swimming Tuesday night, please declare your swimmers, as sign-up will close on Swimtopia at noon tomorrow. Check out instructions on how to sign up in Swimtopia if you need a refresher.

2) Volunteer! We're making great progress on volunteer sign-ups — thank you! — but still have a bit more to go to be fully staffed. As of right now, we still need:

• 13 Timers
• 1 Stroke and Turn Judge (second half)
• 2 Age Group Coordinators
• 5 Concessions Helpers
• 3 Ribbon Distributors

We also still need 12 concession donation items.

Thanks to everyone who has signed up so far — we have several alumni families helping out, and a number of families working multiple shifts! If you're planning to attend, we'd love to have you pitch in too, whether that's working a shift or donating to the concession stand. Every bit helps us put on a great meet for our swimmers.
