View Ridge — Tuesday, July 14th

We head to View Ridge on Tuesday. Meet sign-ups close tomorrow, Monday July 13th at 12pm. View Ridge is a beautiful and fun venue (8-lane pool!) and always a close meet — let's show up in force for this one!

Innis Arden — Thursday, July 16th

The fun continues as we head a few miles north to Innis Arden on Thursday. Sign-ups close Wednesday at noon.

Private Lessons

We're at the midpoint of the season — a good time to think about where each swimmer wants to improve before things heat up in late July. Private lessons with our coaches are one of the best tools for that. A single session can help with:

• Building confidence for younger or newer swimmers
• Fixing a stroke to swim it legally
• Improving dives and flip turns
• Fine-tuning technique to help with post-season qualifying times

Whether your swimmer is aiming for their first qualifying time or just wants to feel stronger in the water heading into the final stretch, this is a great time to get one scheduled.

Sessions are $50 per swimmer for 30 minutes. To sign up, connect with the coach you'd like to work with — Sophia, Cooper, Matthew, Olivia, or Adam — after practice to find a time that works. You can also email [email protected] to coordinate. If you're not sure which coach would be the best fit for your swimmer, chat with Coach Dom after practice and he'll point you in the right direction.
