A few reminders as we wrap up the week, and get ready for prelims and our end of season events.

Prelims Entries and Volunteer Sign-Ups

Coach Dom earlier shared the planned prelims entries for Girls and Boys prelims next week. Please get back to Dom ASAP with any changes or corrections as the entries are due to the league later this evening.

We'll share additional information ahead of each meet on warm-up times and other logistic information. We need to provide a few timers and a stroke and turn judge for each meet. If you're able to help out, please sign up on Swimtopia (Girls Prelims | Boys Prelims).

Congrats to all of our prelim swimmers, we're looking forward to some great swims next week!

Team Pictures are Available!

You can now order both individual and team photos from Red Fish Blue Fish Photography! Head on over to view the gallery and order any digital or physical prints.

Coaches Gift

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the end of season coach gift fund. We're very grateful for the generosity. We've decided to extend the collection until next Friday, July 31st. We'd love to have representation from all families. Please see the coach gift page for more information on how to give.

End of Season Party — Please RSVP

We're super excited for the end of season team dinner and awards celebration at the Blue Ridge Pool. It will be a great opportunity to connect with swim team families as we wrap up the season, and celebrate the team. Please RSVP by next Friday, July 31st for swimmers and family members who will be attending (including guests not in Swimtopia) so we can order the right amount of food from Chipotle. Also, if you're interested in making or bringing a dessert to share, we opened up sign-ups for that, as well as folks to help with clean-up crew after. We hope to see the entire team there!

End of Season Slideshow Photos!

A highlight of our end of season party is the end of season slideshow to reminisce about memories throughout the season. If you have any photos or videos from the season that you think would be great to share during the slideshow, we've created a Google Photo album for sharing. Please visit this album to submit any photos or videos that we can potentially include in the end of season show.
